One of the most important leader practices we can build as leaders is reflection.
I use the word practice intentionally -- it is a practice. It takes intent, space, and time -- it can also be a tool to aid self-awareness.
The first step is to acknowledge if you practice this regularly (and if yes, what enables it?)
If the answer is no (which is common), what prevents you from building the practice? Be honest with yourself.
What might be possible if you made space to reflect more? What tools would help you?
