I appreciate how Adam Grant frames loyalty and integrity. I’ve often thought about leaders who put loyalty to them above what is needed to improve a situation or organization.
❓ What if more leaders placed a higher value on being a leader people want to tell the truth to?
❓ What if loyalty was seen as commitment to the greater good and not a person?
❓ What if more leaders created space for people to both tune in to their values and to identify when they are in a situation that violate their values?
Always love a reminder that keeps me reflecting on the importance of knowing what matters most.
