As leaders, we often move from humble and curious (with a learning orientation) to the one with the answers. Sometimes this happens on purpose; sometimes by accident. (I often coach and advise leaders to lean in to their curiosity.)
The first step is to see where you are right now. Do you tend toward curiosity or toward being the one with the answer?
Pause - track all the questions you ask today (or pick a high-interaction time) Include - how are you?
