Leaders are often busy, if not extremely busy, people. Sometimes busy to the level of not taking time to pause and enjoy the life they are creating and the role they play in the lives of others.
Today's notion of smiling is not the - "you should smile more" style; instead, it is - do something you enjoy and maybe even do it with someone else.
Never be too busy to find time to do what you enjoy.
