The importance of values is written about throughout a wide variety of books and research. Part of considering your leadership actions is to consider your actions through your values ... they can be a compass, a guide, and a framework to consider decisions through.

Today, pause to contemplate what yours are. (Or if you have done this work, pause, write them down and reflect on if they still stick and still are authentic to who you are.)
